  • Do I need to be home for my cleaning service?
    No you do not. Just let us know where you have left your key and we will take take care of the cleaning.
  • Can I give my cleaner a key to my home?
    No but you can leave a note in your booking that lets us know where you have put your key. Or if possible you can use a lockbox with the key that we can access.
  • How many cleaners will come to my home?
    We will send one cleaner for a standard clean. For larger cleans or end of lease cleans we may send two cleaners if they are needed.
  • What do I do if something has been broken or is missing from my home?
    Please contact us within 48 hours of the incident occurring. We will handle the issue accordingly based on the situation as quickly as possible.
  • How do I book a cleaning service?
    You can easily book our services on our website or if you have a few questions you can either chat through our website or contact us below. Contact Number 1300-270-765 Contact Email support@maid2easy.com.au
  • How do I cancel a booking?
    You can cancel your booking anytime online through our website or you can ring us at 1300-270-765. If you cancel within 12 hours of the booking you will be charged a small fee of $50 for loss of wages for your cleaner.
  • How do I manage my booking?
    After booking your service you will be sent an email that will include all the relevant information for your booking. A part of this email will include a link that will allow you to create an account with us. This will allow you to reschedule, cancel or change your service.
  • Hoarding or Dangerous Environment Policy
    If your property is in a state that is deemed by cleaners to be unsafe or is not suitable for our normal cleaning services. You will be contacted and notified why your service has not been provided and charged a small $50 fee for holding the booking in our schedule.
  • What if I am not happy with my clean?
    You will be contacted through text in the evening after your clean asking how the service was. If you were unhappy with the clean. You can let us know and we will be back to fix the spots we missed for free! If you are still not happy we will give you a full refund.
  • Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
    No you do not we provide all the cleaning supplies.
  • Can I request a different cleaner?
    Yes you can. Just reach out to us via phone or email and let us know.
